        Our biggest learning in this project was how to design a brand that conveyed the values of innovation, technology and dynamism, to an audience that was accustomed to the formal, more bureaucratic and sober Human Resources scenario.<\/p>

        Our solution was to understand that we could express these values considered modern when we talked about results, as this naturally reinforced Ace's expertise in bringing new definitions to work that was already common in the market before.<\/p>
