Ace was emerging on the market after the division of partners for two different projects and the big challenge was to bring together within the same vision what the new corporate structure thought about how to build the Ace brand. With this objective in mind, our focus was on Branding work and the creation of Institutional Materials.

MARKET
Our biggest learning in this project was how to design a brand that conveyed the values of innovation, technology and dynamism, to an audience that was accustomed to the formal, more bureaucratic and sober Human Resources scenario.
Our solution was to understand that we could express these values considered modern when we talked about results, as this naturally reinforced Ace's expertise in bringing new definitions to work that was already common in the market before.
This meant that the target audience was initially attracted to the scenario they were already accustomed to, but when dealing with the company's results metrics, they were able to understand its values.
