JOB
The dream of three health professionals (two Brazilians and one Angolan) of coming together based on the ideal of providing quality healthcare in Angola, gave rise to the Consult Care Vida polyclinic. Our initial role in this important project was to structure the entire business positioning and connect, within a single vision, what was the essence of the 3 partners, and then move on to the stage of developing institutional materials.
Works developed:
BUSINESS DESIGN
BUSINESS ACCELERATION
- Initial diagnosis of the most urgent needs, identification of possible internal and external problems or impediments to defining goals, gathering requirements and resources.
- Sharing experiences for more assertive decision-making, joint creation of the Solution Map to define the pillar to be developed within Branding/Marketing, advice on decisions and project sequencing within the available resources.
- Development of the team's behavioral and technical skills for good use of the deliveries and definitions to be followed, presentation of methodologies to facilitate internal and external processes.
- Design of the process for building the Action Plan and identifying possible points of attention to focus on during mentoring.
- Joint creation of the Action Plan for the next 5 years and advised structuring of the next steps in creating the chosen technical solution.
- Development of the Brand Manual, comprising conceptual and visual definition of the Brand, definition of the Persona and Target Audience and main product pipeline + Institutional Presentation + Website in One Page format (single page) using the WordPress platform.
- Bonus* - Behavioral Profile Mapping of partners + Training to use Persona in Active Prospecting.
CULTURE
Understanding the essence of our client and transcribing this within a national scenario is already a very big and important challenge, but doing the same in an international scenario like Angola brings new cultural and linguistic challenges and in a way this has brought us a lot of learning. .
The search for in-depth knowledge of the culture and the most used form of communication between people, until we were able to design our Persona, were crucial elements for the success of this project.
In the end, we had technology and institutional materials that were very harmonious with each other, but most importantly, connected with the public that will actually consume this content, being Angolan citizens and global investors.
