Beco 38 emerged with the growing movement and emergence of pubs in the greater São Paulo region and our role, from the beginning, was to create a social network that could provide the same experience as the physical space, through the digital environment, showing the values do Beco and our customers so that a community began to be created, building loyalty in our weekly movement.

CONTENT MARKETING
BUSINESS ACCELERATION
- Monthly Brainstorm meeting to define new forms of content for the page, exploring new ways to engage with followers;
- Monthly analysis of interaction, engagement and reach metrics to propose improvements.
- Definition of the monthly posting calendar (3 posts per week);
- Creation of 3 weekly posts, in feed and story format
LOYALTY
Our biggest learning from this project was having a client who had a physical business, different from our main clients up to that point. This certainly gave us a different business vision and allowed us to better understand the process of customer loyalty that occurs entirely physically, but using the social media environment to anticipate this desire to go/return to the pub, even reaching at the level of having so-called “promoting customers” who promote the pub because they simply love the experience.
