Harassment

any abusive conduct of a verbal, virtual or physical nature that exposes someone to embarrassing and/or humiliating situations, in a repetitive and prolonged manner. In the workplace, harassment committed by a superior can be of a moral or sexual nature.
Although the technical definition of harassment may vary according to jurisdiction, Alomorfia requires that all Collaborators follow the definition set out in this Code of Conduct, even if it is more restrictive than that of a particular jurisdiction.

Furthermore, if a jurisdiction in which Alomorfia operates has a different definition or set of laws regarding harassment, Employees are obliged to comply with local laws if they are more restrictive than those established by Alomorfia.

A. Moral harassment is any conduct with the intention of lowering an Employee's self-esteem and, ultimately, causing them to leave their job.
B. Sexual harassment corresponds to any form of intimidation related to unwanted sexual behavior, generally committed by someone in a superior position of power (not just hierarchically, but in all spheres and in all areas), which manifests itself through insinuations or concrete threats that they inhibit decision-making by the harassed person, which should be based on their convictions.
